Friendly Reminder: Once I receive your signed contract and deposit, the event date will be reserved. Up until 3 weeks before the reserved date, you can make any adjustments that you need or require to your order.
I will contact you 3 weeks prior to your event to finalize your order and take final payment in FULL. This can be done by appointment or over the phone. Without final payment, I cannot order flowers for the event.
Deposit not refundable. However, your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled or a future event. And after final payment is made, I cannot refund money for items that are no longer needed. However, I can try to reallocate those flowers to another item for the event.
If you have a floral emergency on the day of your event, please do not hesitate to call me!
